Lifestyle coaching is not therapy or medical counseling; it is a powerful tool for developing your own innate capacities to establish and maintain a balanced and sustainable way of living. Trista’s approach includes a five-step process:

- Setting goals for what you want to achieve in your life
- Designing a program to get your life back on track
- Maintaining and following through on commitments

Initially, you will meet for a one-on-one private consultation with Trista to determine what it is that you need to cultivate more (or less) of in your life. Then, you will discuss the specific areas in your life where you are feeling out of balance and set goals for what you would like to achieve moving forward. Together you will design a program specific to your individual needs, creating a ritual — a new daily routine — to support your continued evolution. Trista will help you establish and maintain your commitments and get you back on track to living the life you desire and deserve.
