Primordial Sound Meditation is a silent, mantra-based meditation technique derived from the ancient Vedic tradition of India. Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body's own inner intelligence.

At it's most basic level, everything in creation is made of sound or vibration. The universe also has it's own sound or vibration. Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature known as mantras to take us beyond the level of activity we call "life". These primordial sounds were cognized by ancient sages and enlightened beings thousands of years ago. The ancient sages noticed that these universal sounds were different at different times during the lunar cycle. Using ancient vedic mathematical calculations, they recorded the changes in the vibration of the universe in relation to the position of the moon. That being said, the mantras are chosen based on the each person's date, time and location of birth, which then calculates the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. By incorporating the sound the universe was making at the time of your birth into your mantra, when used in meditation it will have the effect of drawing your awareness back to the level of the unmanifest.
Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis has been proven to have profound benefits.

In this world of turbulence and stress, meditation offers access to an inner sanctuary of quiet centered awareness. From this platform you will be better able to make life-affirming choices that benefit your emotional and physical well being.
It is my experience that expansion of consciousness through meditation provides the foundation for better health, more loving relationships, greater success, unconditional peace, and spiritual awakening.
"Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It's a way of entering into the quiet that's already there - buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day."
- Deepak Chopra, M.D.
"From one end of the universe you go shouting, 'Who is God?' From the other end of the universe, God goes shouting, 'Who am I?" and finds himself as you."
- Seth
"Within you rests the universal answer to every question that you could ever ask yourself. It's been said that prayer is talking to God...meditation is listening. Can you hear the universe whispering to you?"
- davidji
"This has been and continues to be my existential experience on a daily basis; witnessing what we call synchronicities, that we thought were merely coincidences, which are actually direct interactions with God."
- Trista Thorp
